Yeti Yardworks offers seasonal Winter Service Memberships designed to keep your property accessible throughout the winter. Service is based on a 3 cm snowfall trigger, with crews dispatched according to snowfall conditions, route progress, and weather.
Memberships run from
November 1 through April 30, with the option to
choose five- or six-month coverage depending on your needs.

Clear your primary driveway so you can get your vehicle in and out after a snowfall.
Front Entrance

Applicable City Sidewalk
When included in your service area, applicable city sidewalk areas can also be cleared.
Note:
Driveway markers and text-message service notifications are also included with your membership where applicable. City windrow removal is included when a windrow blocks a serviced driveway.

Our standard service trigger is 3 cm of accumulated snowfall, approximately 1 inch.

Once conditions meet the service trigger, crews are dispatched based on snowfall timing, route progress, weather, drifting, and road conditions.

Your Property Gets Cleared
Standard snowfall is generally serviced within an 8–12-hour window. Larger or prolonged storms may require additional time or multiple passes.
Response times are estimated service windows, not guaranteed arrival times. Severe weather, continued snowfall, hazardous roads, heavy drifting, city-plow activity, and equipment delays can affect timing.

During Major Snowfalls
During prolonged or severe storms, Yeti Yardworks may complete an initial pass to keep your property reasonably accessible and return for final cleanup once conditions improve. The timing and number of passes depend on snowfall, wind, drifting, storm duration, road conditions, and crew safety.
City Windrows
When a city windrow blocks a serviced driveway, windrow removal is included with your membership. If the City plows after our original visit, we may return separately once we're aware of the windrow.

Help Keep Your Property Accessible
Please remove vehicles, garbage bins, cords, decorations, and other obstacles from designated service areas whenever possible. Blocked or inaccessible areas may be skipped.
Parked Vehicles & Ice
Parked vehicles can prevent areas from being fully cleared and may contribute to ice buildup during freeze-thaw conditions. Snow removal does not guarantee bare pavement. Sanding, salting, and other ice-management services are not included unless listed on your estimate.
